Q
How many hours do I need?
A

Most of our clients do either 3 or 4 hours. Some also like to add in an idle hour first hour of the reception for formalities so their guests can fully take advantage of the booth. We’ll end up running during cocktail hour then that second hour into the reception through the end.

Can I add on time the day of?
A

You can! $25 for every idle half hour and $50 for every operational half hour. If you think that might happen, a heads up is always appreciated so we can prepare our attendants.

Is unlimited printing really unlimited?
A

For everyone but that 6yr old that wants a print to give to everyone in his 1st grade class.

Are your attendants trained?
A

They are! They also have nice smiles and a good attitude. =)

Do you have insurance?
A

Does a bear shit in the woods?

Do you travel?
A

We do travel. In some cases, we charge a fee which we always pass along to our attendants. We also have locations across the US.

What sizes can we print?
A

Depending on the booth we can do 2×6, 4×6, 5×7, 6×6 & 6×8!

We also have capabilities to print both 2×6 & 4×6 from our Legacy booth.

Can you custom design the prints?
A

100%!  We can have you choose an existing design to modify or we can create one from scratch.

How do custom props work?
A

Go brainstorm ideas for props to fit your theme then make them!  Pretty easy, right?

How long does setup take?
A

It typically takes an hour to set up for our printing booths and 30 minutes for digital-only setups.  We like to setup 2 hrs before we start for printing booths and 1 hr before digital booth events.

Can you setup early? Like way early?
A

We include up to 2 hrs of setup but can add idle time at $50/hr if you need us to set up earlier.

What does a custom backdrop cost?
A

Custom backdrops vary depending on materials.  If you did a custom printed backdrop the cost could be $250-400.  For custom flower walls, up to $1k.  We also have a boxwood backdrop for just $300.

Can we rent more than one booth?
A

For sure.  Many of our clients like mixing printing booths and digital booths too.  We can handle up to 20 per event.

Yes. Many of our clients like mixing printing booths and digital booths too. We can handle up to 20 per event.  For bigger needs, we have a network that allows us to handle any number of booths.

We do! You can rent a digital booth for a full weekend for just $500. Pickup, setup, drop off required. You can rent our other booths longer as well.

How can you help us with social reach?
A

Our texting and email features along with a microsite with social media sharing can really help spread the word. A 3 hr event with these features could give you 30k+ impressions and a 12k+ reach. These numbers certainly vary depending on many factors.

Our digital booths allow us to provide tracking as well!
